I think I understood you clearly. But I also think your question is based on mistaken beliefs.

Most of my best-selling and highest-converting products have gravities considerably lower than that.

(The period of time for which it's been available has nothing to do with its gravity, anyway.)

It isn't possible to predict this from the two items of information you've offered. Neither is a valid way to determine whether or not you can promote the product successfully. In fact neither has anything at all to do with whether or not you can promote the product successfully.

It seems that you must have misunderstood what "gravity" measures, here.

Don't imagine that there's any correlation between gravity and numbers of sales, nor between gravity and conversion-rates, nor between gravity and searches.

Here are a few posts/threads which will explain it to you ...

The proportion of people who buy ClickBank products by searching for the product's name must be absolutely tiny?

Unless I've entirely misunderstood your question, it's never occurred to me that a product's "search volume" would have any possible relevance to me at all. I say that partly from the perspective of already having learned that "search engine traffic" and "ClickBank sales" tend, overall, to be a very poor mix. For all the reasons explained in this post: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post8659398

I don't understand why the two things would be related at all: why would the number of people searching for a product have anything to do with the conversion-rate for the product's sales page? I suspect that you and I have very different perspectives of "what makes people buy ClickBank products".

If you're interested in making money by promoting ClickBank products as an affiliate, this might make a good starting-place for you, I think: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

i will tell you why i mix search engine traffic with "ClickBank sales" like i said i new to affiliate, i bought course called affiliate for ever (which is good) the main point for course is make 5-10 minisite (optional) put (filters) before promote any product, these filters vary like how many a product get search volume (according to course product should have 2000-3000 search volume(products already on demand ,back links for competitors site and many other factors, if product pass filters then start promote it the traffic (depend on search engine,,the buyers come SEO in beginning, any one from these minisite work well then i start to work on make it authority site.this is core of course to be honest with you i pick many click bank products i found it rare to pass these filters, However,i read most of you threads in warrior,i not too fan with list building i (know there many other way to generate traffic) especially with minisite but do you know what
i will accept the challenge i tray will go with both direction although list building need more work and time and i hope can make some sale with it, like i said i read most of your thread i will even sum and print to study it, i know it's long message i just want clarify my point i really appreciate you help ,any tip ,advice i will be grateful .thanks

Is that local search or global search?

I think that you should promote it and also promote other products too at the same time.

It sounds like you were told to make a review website where people search for reviews on a product and find your website. You would have to write a thorough review of the product (by gaining access to it) to win people as a customer and get their click from your website back to the product. I don't think 200-300 searches is enough traffic. I would be careful with review sites because they rely too much on google.
