15 minutes work made 60x$5 for 14 months... Nice!

That's how much I've made from a year old AdWords campaign...

It was a test I did for a recurring spyware product, that later changed to yearly instead of $5 commission monthly...

I made 60 sales breaking even on PPC... Actually made like $15 total, I wasn't extatic at the time... But logging in to my ClickBank account today, I notice that people have been billed $5 for the last 14 months...

There are only about 12-13 people who are still getting billed, but that's like $4,000(if all would have stuck, too bad only a few did, it's like $2,600) I've made from 15 minutes work a year ago... That's pretty good!

Wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience with recurring and if someone has a good recurring program that pays well and sticks well.

I'm not quite sure how you get to $2,600 from 12 people at $5 a month for 14 months but yes, I've had great success with recurring affiliate programs.

One of the best converting ones I'm promoting at the moment is Angela Edwards' backlink packet. She pays 75% on the $5 monthly fee. Converts like hotcakes and the retention rate is insane.

He was stating that he had 50 people being billed at $5 each a month. So figure 10 months and you come up with $2,500 or so a month.

As for recurring sales, I have had mixed results, especially with "guru" products. Typically I would see people paying the subscription for 2-3 months after the sale and then gradually start falling off. Again as Andy pointed out, it's all going to depend on the quality of the product you are promoting.
