Im not too familiar with Site flipping but with that traffic I'm sure someone would buy it off you. Ever thought about selling it or is that not in your plans?

Keep your site and don't sell it. 200 a day is very good.
Now its time to get them to opt in and promote this product
Wordtracker says that "World of warcraft wallpapers" gets ~ 118 visitors a day for number 1 spot. The fact your getting 200 a day for position 7 is damn good. Get it to number 1 or closer and I guarantee you will start making good money.

If your generating any kind of income with it you might want to think about flipping the site on sitepoint.com if you no longer want to worry about/run the site. I have some pretty great projects from the money I have received from sites I've flipped. If you reinvest what you make your business will grow at a nice rate!

I would hang on to it, I think you are a few weeks work short of making some regular money.
I have had this same thing, and I think the answer is as Michael Franklin says above, backlinks, you may want some sort of slight site re-design, get some articles written, you are probaly a WoW fan, so write 10 articles that fans will be interested in, drip feed them to ezinearticles.com, at a rate of one every other day, make sure you have a backlink to your site in the bio box. Search for some other article sites and do the same, you can re-word the articles slightly each time. Put the articles on your own site as well (I see you already have free tips), do some keyword research, think of some Podcasts to do, or just read the articles you wrote and record them, you could give these away on the site, use this audio to make some videos using 5 of your WoW wallpapers to advertise the site and post them on YouTube with a backlink to your site. Go to PRleads.com and see how to write a press release, then submit it to 10 press release websites (these show up quickly in Google). Obviously this is a very rough quick version of what to do, there is so much more, but I have found that if you give stuff away, and build a lot of backlinks from high PR sites, the people will come, it takes some effort, but you already have a good base to start from, why not give it a go? Never sell your site buddy, I think you can earn good adsense income if you chage the ad format of your site because you've 200 visitors per day.

Well people who plays WoW are interested in videogames. Maybe you can get involve with some video game affiliates (if they are any) or make an e-bay store selling video games and advertise them on your site.

I don't play WoW, but I thought that the salespage Michael linked to was pretty impressive. Have you thought about creating a WoW guide and using the site to promote it--or promoting an existing guide as an affiliate?
