When is it time to register a business?

Hey,

Just curious when is it time to register your business in the US, and what do you guys usually go for? LLC, DBA, anything else? How much should I be making from my IM ventures before registering a company?

Thanks!

Starting of the financial year is the best time to start a business. And its better to have LLC registration rather than going for anything else.

Replies like this are precisely why you should be seeking advice from a qualified attorney and accountant rather than from members of an internet marketing forum.

The form you take should be on the advice of a professional, attorney and or CPA/other professional tax advisor.

When... depends on whether you can use payPal & your personal bank account or if you need to open a business bank account. Most if not all banks will require proof of business registration to open a business account.

Taking legal advice from anyone via the internet is a bad idea, you should do your own research and consult proper legal counsel before embarking on anything after breakfast.
