Information regarding your request Our Undo staff has responded to your request, details of which are described below:

Discussion NotesSupport Staff ResponseThank you for your email. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with the return of SUCK.NET as the changes were made by an authorized party with account access.

Any further dispute over the ownership of the domain name will need to be sent either to the current registrant, through an ICANN-approved arbitration provider (http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court system. Please be assured that if we receive notice of a pending legal dispute we will lock the name so that it cannot be transferred or otherwise modified. Likewise, when we receive a decision we will update the name accordingly. If you file a dispute concerning the domain, please forward a copy of the filed legal documentation to DomainDisputes@godaddy.com.

If you need further assistance with this matter, please reply to this email and reference [Incident ID: 23104760].

Thanks,
