That's strange. Are they recent subscribers? - sometimes people subscribe with a negative outlook on things... it takes a few broadcasts for them to start considering you someone that they can trust.

You are right... I agree 100%. But the thing is that most IM people do experience the same problems some time or the other... And we should understand when others are facing them too...

@ Darren... Even the best servers have downtimes....

@ Josh... You hit the nail on the spot.... They were recent subscribers... And I understand what you are saying...

That's the fastest unsubscription I have ever experienced... And that may be the reason why I am so freaked out...

Some people are just serial unsubs. Getting hit all at once is a little hard on the ego and I would probably feel bad for about a minute. Then I take Kevin's attitude and am grateful for the cleanup.

I especially like it when those who unsubscribe can't leave without saying goodbye in a very stylish way... LOL

Hey if it makes you feel good, my subscribers only like it when I send them an offer to buy... I must have trained them well because they get mad when I send them awesome free stuff, but when I chase it with a few solid promos No complaints...

Rather then waste your time sweatin' 9 people...that blew the coop due to technical problems.....I'd worry about the ones that are still with you.

Cuz those are your real customers.

Not the ones who jumped ship......they were just passangers lookin' for a reason to jump off anyway.

Cuz real customers are loyal. Real customers don't bail out for the reasons you describe.

So in the end....you just cleaned house a bit.

Were it me....I'd go say hey to the good people still with you. And not give another thought to those who left...cuz they weren't ever gonna stick around anyway.

Amar, I have got many people to check it, and there seems to be not problem at all...

I have checked it myself enough times as well..

The only possibility is that due to a slow connection, the loading time was large... Though I am not really sure about that as well...
