Help me to make A Decision On Domain

Hi warriors i am little confused here so i decided to hit this forum to grab some suggestions. So i have one site which is in weight loss niche and i want to register one more domain in the weight loss niche but this is only for a particular product example for Alli weight loss pill". i want to host this domain a addon -domain in my hosting account. So if i give some links from my old weight loss site to this particular new weight loss site is there any problem with that. As it host on same IP. I read some where that google doesn't llike this type of links. So what you think about this? It is better to go addon-domain or to go for fresh account. Come on warriors i need your help and best suggestions.

    I don't believe one add on domain will hurt you, especially if you are going to be doing almost completely different content (not copying from the first site).

    yes the first site is different as it review different different weight loss products but the new one will contain only about the product which i am going to promote. So i can build links from my old site?

    You can link to your new domain from your old one without problems, but it most likely will not count as a "backlink". Not a big deal though, I wouldn't buy a whole new hosting account over it.
