first, English is not my first language and I have difficulty to create JV letter. can you tell me where I can find sample of JV letter that works? so that I can modify it.

Are you talking about a letter you send directly to someone via PM or a JV style sales page you put on your site?

well what kind of JV offer you are looking? I mean what are you selling?
what percentage of commission you are giving away?
how's the sales conversion?
when is it launch?
when you are going to send your commissions to your partner?

the most important point I think is to tell people how much you are paying for commission The higher the better.

Not really. Whenever I approach someone new I say hi, tell them a couple of sentences about the stuff I do that's related to their website/product/monkey, suggest a couple of ways we might be able to work together and ask them if they'd be interested in working together.

My advice is to be friendly and make it your aim to get to know them not to land an affiliate deal straight off. Make friends first and the business part takes care of itself.

I'm offering comission for those who willing to sell my product. In short, I'm offering someone to become my special affiliate with special 75% comission of $39.95. The conversion itself about 1:70, depends on how you promote it. If you bring cold prospects then your chance are slim. What I did was promoting it using articles and to my list. This product isn't about internet marketing, but about family and parenting. Launched last month. But I'm not recruiting affiliates yet because I'm testing the conversion first.

Now, I need your help to show me which JV letter model that works for this. So please kindly show me the sample of it. Thanks.

What you have described is not a JV. JV stands for Joint Venture. You're looking for affiliates for your product.

To do a JV perhaps you should consider something like this:
Promote their product as an affiliate first. That's a good way to start a relationship.

Things I suggest you do for your potential affiliates:
Provide as much info as you can. Provide what is expected conversion rate. Provide graphics they can use etc.

copy of an JV letter. Or there may have been a post on JV letters.

you're right Milan, I think I have misunderstanding about JV letter. what I need are affiliates. I thought it was JV. anybody can help me to show me how the letter looks like...? for this affiliates...

I love his jv letter....tons of info and with the right info... =)
