How would you monetize this?

With the advent of the new extensions I have managed to buy an absolute url - xnxx.directory

XNXX has a Google search of 226,000,000 (two hundred twenty six million) per month.

I can't help but feel that this search volume must have a way to make money, not necessarily in the Adult market, but through sheer weight of numbers.
I would appreciate any ideas.

    Sell the domain for more than you bought it for?

    I don't quite understand why people buy domains without having some sort of plan already - seems odd to me - unless you're squatting.

      Purchased without a plan other than 226,000,000 direct monthly searches.

        There are many adult affiliate networks that offer PPS (Pay Per Signup) from $30-$50. PPS includes all payment options including $1 two day trials. SEXTRONIX is an affiliate network that offers free life time memberships which you get paid $40 per signup. It can be pretty lucrative if done correctly.
