Pretty simple. In the past when I was a Newb I always found it invaluable when Warriors would come up with a Thread that spelled it out exactly what you need to do to make IM a full time gig.

I would see a lot of stuff rehashed over and over again. But you know what? Even though it was rehashed over and over again the Merits of it was high because my brain needed to see it rehashed over and over again for it to sink in.

Hope that makes sense.

So without further ado here is some of the same old rehashed material that if you follow to a tee will get you going full time with IM over time

1. Solve a problem ( People need to lose weight but can't, guys want to laid but can't etc..)
2. Squeeze Page. This changed my Business Life when I could be effective in doing this.
3. Auto responder Acct. ( Get Response, Aweber)
4. Affiliate Offer to Promote ( Or better yet be a Creator and have your own product)
5. Auto Responder emails ( The bread and Butter of your Biz. Building Relationships with a List )
6. Traffic and Conversions.Tweak and Test. Tweak and Test. Did I mention tweak and test

( You can do Paid and Free. I stick with mostly Paid. FB PPC, Solo Ads, Adwords)

Its pretty simple. Not easy. It takes time and work.

The thing is once you have your System up and running then it is just about Promoting. Really that's it. Put in the sweat to get that System ( Sales Funnel) up and running then it just keeps getting better and better. And funner and funner.

      Definitely true.

      Just wanted to give a broad description of what Newbies need. I dont think you need to immediately jump in and start with the details right out of the gate. It can be a little overwhelming at first.

      But soon enough it needs to be talked about

      I agree with this, and only a veteren would understand what you mean KEN.

      We took a business making about $30 a day to making $10k per month, (it still does) but it did not happen overnight. It cost me relationships, money, hard work, dedication and BIG BIG Sacrifices.

      98% of people fail online, cause they find some of the devils in the details and then they give up!! Cause its all too hard. But OP does give some broad clear plans to do well online.

    I would like to see additions to this post, while it does provide a really cool basic framework, i see this a something that can be expanded so that others can continue to benefit from the broad stokes outlined here.

    1a. Let the market tell you where it wants to spend money - research is involved here.
    2. Squeeze Page. This changed my Business Life when I could be effective in doing this.
    2a. Help the prospect understand how they will benefit
    3. Auto responder Acct. ( Get Response, Aweber)
    3a. research required -- because when you marry an AR you must know the rules for them.
    4. Affiliate Offer to Promote ( Or better yet be a Creator and have your own product)
    4a. setup a timetable. it makes no sense to promote an offer for 1 day and expect the world to arrive
    5. Auto Responder emails ( The bread and Butter of your Biz. Building Relationships with a List )
    5a. Anyone can give canned response. It takes WORK to make it a relationship.. make the time
    6. Traffic and Conversions.Tweak and Test. Tweak and Test. Did I mention tweak and test
    6a. This is crucial BUDGET BUDGET BUDGET make sure to reinvest in this and do it consistently
    ( You can do Paid and Free. I stick with mostly Paid. FB PPC, Solo Ads, Adwords)

    Just my two cents, but i think by growing these concepts, the newb will be able to into the business better prepared emotionally and mentally to deal with system development as they had a great free post to build on... and this is a great post.

    It's easy to get overwhelmed and lost in the quagmire that is IM ... but once you actually decide on something, commit and actually do it .. then you start really learning and in some cases really making money.

    Doing a bit of studying on effective ad campaigns can really help a lot too, branding and customer avatars are important aspects of long term success.

    Understanding old print ads can dramatically improve your understanding of online marketing today.
