Best Wordpress Theme for B2B/local biz site

Hey warriors! Quick advice needed.
Would you share your experiences using Wordpress Themes for 2B2/local biz sites?

I aim to build a combination of a business-presentation site with a direct sales landing page at the front-end.

The main features I look for are:

- fully responsive theme
- mobile optimized
- (important ) "see content as you scroll" feature or the option for the content to unfold in-line (on the same page) as the visitor clicks on the menu links
- image sliders
- email sign-up forms integration
- ideally a what-you-see-is-what-you-get wizard to flexibly move elements around

I will much appreciate you sharing what you've been using!

    Mostly all the themes are somewhat generic in the creation. You can change those by hiring a design expert. As magiclouie said, genesis will be easy for you to change.
