Why Isn't This Site Converting?

I'm selling a niche affiliate fitness product. I have decent search engine placement for www[dot]IsometricExerciseSite[dot]com but not any conversions yet.

Is there anything else I can do to increase conversions?

Thanks.

Are there any money links on the page/site??

I can't find any or are you trying to build a list and I don't think I saw a opt-in form.

  • You've done a great job on your content, but the "sales" part of your page looks almost like an afterthought. Your call to action is lost because of the busy-ness of the page. Instead of having the sales link stuck off to the left (the spot we've all been trained to ignore because that's where ads always go), why not incorporate the ad into a blog entry, making it a natural part of the "flow" of the page?

You have a "Buy Now" button but it's not obvious what they are buying. You need a heading that will entice people to click on the button. And instead of having it say "Buy Now", I would go with "Learn More". The sales page is very good so let that page do the convincing. Just get them to that page.

I would have set this up a little different. I would have done a squeeze page with one message and one goal, to get them to the sales page. The page you have is good, but it's so busy and it actually provides too much content. Clicking on the "Buy Now" button is one of many things they can do. I don't think that's what you want. You want to get them to the sales page.

If you want to get really fancy, you can offer an opt in so you can build a list and get more bites of the apple. Pull some of your content and offer it as part of the opt in. When they opt in, make the sales page your landing page.
