Mr. Miogi... Where Are You?!?

I'm new to internet marketing and recently completed the 30 Day Challenge (amazing free course that you have to check out). I have a blog and it ranks on the first page of Google for a few ultra specific niche terms. I haven't converted anything yet so I'm looking for a guru, a sage, a mentor, or an oracle to show me the ropes.
I've done all the ground work in terms of research, link building, adding fresh content, etc. Now I need someone to help me improve my conversion and coach me on getting new traffic.
My goal is to get 3 affiliate sales per day. I get 80-100 site visits per day and I try to make my content really compelling. If you can work with me to tackle the following problems, I'll be happy to help you out in the best way I can:
1). Get higher rankings: I'm on the first page of Google for a few terms, but I want to rank "above the fold"
2). Get more traffic: 100 visits/day isn't enough for me to sell 3 products, so I need to get more traffic. Perhaps by expanding into other keywords.
3). Get people to click my affiliate offer: Maybe it's placed in a bad spot. Maybe the copy isn't attractive. Maybe I need to build a list. Maybe the offer sucks. You know... I don't.
At this point I can't offer you much as a mentor, other than the fact that I'm very motivated and have done a lot of work to get my site to where it is. If we can chat on the phone occasionally and create an action plan to get me on my way, I'd be super grateful.
And oh yeah, as a mentee, I promise not to go all Anaken on you when I make it big!!!
