What is good plan to grow?

I'm new to IM and trying to make a plan to grow my ecommerce website. I'm trying to narrow and focus on information I need step by step.

First, I did research of keywords for my niche. I used market samurai, adwords planner and at the end ordered service from guy on this forum, which gave me keywords with difficulty to rank rating.

Second, Now I want to list product on site and have a question on natural SEO growth strategy.
1. Should I put high search volume and high competition keywords in my category name, product title and description and build traffic from articles, blog posts with low/medium keywords linked to product.
2. Use low/medium keywords on website and build traffic from articles, blog posts with same keywords and be happy if I can get #1 in this keywords and limit my market share to search volume on this keywords?

Third, what will be next step after listing products on website to get traffic?
1. Adwords
2. Blog/ articles - backlinks
3. Facebook

Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I'm not really fully comprehending what you are asking. I think I could have figured out you were new even if you didn't just blatantly say out loud that "I'm new to IM".

I think after you have an eCommerce site set up with the right keywords, traffic driving keywords, and appropriate products listed for those keywords, you need to promote your sites.

Promoting your site comes down to telling everyone else you can possibly about your website, and getting as much whitehat backlinks as possible. Thus, I see that you are not a fully vested member of the "War Room". I think thus, therefore, the next most appropriate step would be to invest in a "War Room" membership. And couple of WSO's on traffic generation.

Main question what keywords to use in product title and description. high search volume and high competition or low search volume and low competition.

That's a question for the SEO forum: Search Engine Optimization

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.
