Hi,

The fastest way to build your list could be to have

1. your freebie product of high quality

2. a squeeze page for subscribers to optin

3. go to jv forums and ask nicely for cross promotion or ad swap

4. start with small list owners say 100 emails and build it from there...

5. do it consistently about 2 to 3 times a week and you will see your list grow exponentially.

I started off this way...

My 2 cents,
John

Good Tip's John, now your point #1 brings up another question.. how can you find a niche that will be a product people would want to opt in to get?

Hi,

One of the best ways to build a list is through participating in (or running) giveaways. You'll get a lot of addresses if your gift is good, but you'll have to expect a big unsubscribe also as many sign up just to get your gift. That's OK because you'll always end up with more than what you started with, and of those who stay many want more of what you have.

Another way to build your list is to offer a 'freebie' for subscribers to more well known marketers who have large lists. Make sure your email or subscription link(s) are in the freebie, or have a page ready so the marketer can send his people there. Sometimes it'll work, sometimes not. Mostly depends on the perceived value of your freebie. Just Google your freebie's niche and then contact those web site owners on the first 4-5 pages to make your offer.

Hope this helps some.

Brian

You are welcome...

Personally, I feel it can be one of your interests.

I am a strong believer of starting off from your passion
and leverage on it.

And once you list your interests out, start off with these 3 questions
1. which one has a pool of customers buying?
2. which one is in high demand?
3. which one can generate a significant amount of profits?

The interest which say "yes" to the above 3 questions will be your
starting point.

Cheers,
John
