Make Money with Facebook aps?

Well to be completely honest

I'm in the midst of making one with a partner and I'm looking for input on if people have made some money from these and how did they monetize such as CPA and such.

I think this is a big open money maker.

I may be wrong but here is what I see when I use facebook...

The best way to make money with facebook apps is not to charge an up front fee to purchase an app but make a free app that has limited functions and has options to purchase more advanced features.

Most of the games on facebook follow this method. They allow you a limited amount of turns, or limited credits, or limited equipment but allow you to use PayPal or other methods to purchase additional credits, cash, or equipment.

Hi,

I have just joined the forum today and find some of your comment a little bewildering regarding facebook.

I have over 60 facebook apps online and all of them are making money. Fair enough some only make pennies but others are making upto $90 per day. They are generally monetized through cpa offers and using a virtual currency where the users complete offers then earn Virtual Money then they can use this to buy other items within the various games.

Very surprised to say that you think that facebook is saturated - it now has over 200 million users all of which I treat as potential customers. And if you employ the right tactics you can access them pretty quickly using viral methods.
