How many warriros from India making money offline?

I have read and assume that there is a lot of money to be made in offline.

Like people charges $xxx per site from offline business owners in USA and UK.

But I am from India and in India hardly any business owners knows what a website and an email id. And finding business owners is also very difficult in India.

I am thinking, that I will have to wait for like 10 years, so that Internet becomes very common in India and then start doing this.lol

Back to the point, if you are from India and doing any offline thing then let me know.

    Yeah.. In USA people charges $400 at least when they sell something after a seminar...In India, many people dont even know what a website or an email id is. Sometimes, I think it will be good if II just settle in USA and do offline stuff in USA, but then going to USA to do offline stuff doesn't make a much sense, also person needs very good skills in English (which I don't have).

    People in the States would easily pay you a few hundred dollars without much hesitation. I wouldn't imagine anyone even paying a thousand rupees here in India for that sort of stuff. But then, why would they. I mean, how many people actually use the internet to find local businesses here.

    And hey, learning English ain't no big deal.

      In India it is very, or better say impossible to sell $xxx system. Here, people doesn't even feel comfortable paying $10 upfront..lol

      Anybody tried to do offline stuff in USA, I mean sending postcards and other similar stuff?

        Then why not to try selling stuff online to USA market and other countrys...?
        Start your online business and stop whining (no offence)
        At least by that you won`t care where in the world are you... and when the time comes you will have the skills and the knowladge to start offline business when it will be profitable there
        I have the same problem in Latvia here... So I`m just starting online and maybe if I`ll go to live to England or Ireland I will be able to do offline business with people who knows what that stuff you are trying to sell them can do for their businesses..
        And it sounds like if you could manage to get good daily income from online business you could live a really good life there [=

    really.. that's very contrary because i find so many indians in odesk, and elance offering website designs.. and everything else about the internet. I was just thinking that there must be some kind of demand for it.. not purely all from outsourcing.
