adword coupons with post paid option?

i am planning to use adwords with payoneer card , first let me know have some body from asia used payoneer with adwords ? did you privide you actual address or US address?
i want to redeem 100$ coupon of adwords so i need to provide US address if i am right? or i can redeem it using my own country address?
secondly can i redeem a coupon if i choose POST PAID option rather than PREPAY?
