How many Warriors use Freelancer now?

I'm just curious -- since Freelancer bought the Warrior Forum, have you become a provider or buyer on Freelancer.com? (I'm not affiliated with them in any way other than I'm both a freelancer and a buyer).

I started using freelancer a while back as a buyer and recently decided to be a provider also. Freelancer is a great alternative to regular VAs. The quality of work is much higher.

I've been with Freelancer as a buyer since they bought out Vworker (which is what Rentacoder changed its name to).

As ever with freelance sites, you need to be careful who you choose but so long as you do that & start a new coder with small-ish gigs it seems to work OK.

I have used freelancer several times for projects but there is no relation to the warriorforum take over.

I just like the fact that you get a quote almost instantly because there are so many workers there.

Anyways i'm sure they made a wise move by taking over the warriorforum

Odesk.com is my go to. No need to leave really.

I have tried a few of them. I used to use Vworker when that was separate and loved it. Now I tend to get more of my work through this forum and other sources but I do get the odd jobs here and there, mainly from elance. The thing I find amusing is that I do get a lot of invitations but they don't match my skillset. For example, translate from English to Chinese. I have never been to China, nor do I speak a word of it, let alone have the ability to translate anything.

I've been a freelancer buyer/provider long before they bought WF but I ceased to do transactions in the last 2 years because of unreasonable fees. I prefer to deal with warrior for hire folder.
