Need your help (Quick question)

I currently run a coaching business and I'm getting swamped with new prospect applications.

We run potential prospects through an application form to setup strategy sessions. At this time I'm unable to keep up with the new strategy sessions that are being scheduled and I need to hire a few employees.

My question is... Once I hire the employees and they go through the strategy session, what is the best way for my employees to process the payments of new clients?

I currently use stripe to process payments, but they don't have the ability to add a user with minimal permissions to my account.

I thought about creating an order form where employees can process payments outside of stripe, but I'm not sure how thrilled clients would be with my employees handling their credit card information.

What are your thoughts?

I have a 5 figure a month reputation management firm and we use Freshbooks for everything financial. Super easy invoices, monthly auto-pay feature, hourly rate calculator/timer app. The works.

The prices are extremely reasonable too. Only $19.99 a month or host one client for free to try it out.

I'm creating a free account now, going to check it out.

      Thanks for the suggestion!
