Help with Isnare support

Can someone help me with Isnare support? I have had a support ticket in for 11 days and I wonder if I'm doing something wrong because I haven't gotten any response back yet.

My issue is I bought some distribution credits and they disappeared?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Jason

Been having tough times with Isnare for our clients and our own accounts, too. Issues:

    1) They went through a major change there and lost all data from approx. 5/14/09 on until their new site revisions (around June 1, 2009). Support tickets to recoup the info, including author account names that were messed up and / or simply deleted for no reason - -all support tickets go unanswered still to date.

    2) No tickets of any kind at all get replies for anyone anywhere.

    3) Since they are back up and supposedly running, paid accounts have one article out only for the entire month of June - - and that's for accounts with daily submissions, M-F! Note again: these are for paid accounts, not free ones.

Anyone have advice to move ahead with them in a positive manner, very open to suggestions

Thanks in advance for any and all help - for our clients and us!

PS - Jason, for credit issues, what's helped in the past is to go directly to the receipt for a credit, then just re-purchase again. I forget the name of their financial handler (tip of your tongue thing...), but their place of business is right off the highway by my house. Excellent customer service there, those folks know Isnare rarely replies to support tickets and don't mind intervening (they need like 24-48 hours once you ask for help). Let them know what's happened, and that you want the credit back to re-purchase (and maybe give Isnare time to get back on their feet, if that happens).

We've also been cross-promoting with other directories, too, like GoArticles.com for a main one. ArticleMarketers for some, too.

Isnare has an excellent history, so hopefully they'll get back on their feet. Fingers crossed it's quickly! They've added some new funky tool bar floater at the bottom of the page now, though, that's a nuisance once you log in, so I'm wondering if that's not messing things up, too.
