Video Designers - who's good (and available)?

I have a copywriting client that wants a video done, for some software. My usual guy seems AWOL.
The vid is to be about 2 or 3 mins - I'll write the script and will supply a voice-over. What I'm looking for is someone who can do the graphical stuff, preferably with the video editing.
We're talking skipping, jumping, zooming, sorta graphics, not stationary.
Anyone know of someone capable of this kind of thing and proven to be good?
