So... after getting into building websites, advertising CPA offers, etc. I have discovered that writing articles for your website is the most time consuming and boring work in my opinion but its also the most productive. If you want to do something great for your website, sitting down for a day and pumping out 10 articles is the best thing to do. But I can't stand it! Maybe something im interested in such as gaming but there just aren't any good affiliate offers that relate to gaming! lol. Anyway, I always outsource and get my articles done by other people. But it costs me serious $$$ out of my pocket that I would much rather be putting into advertisement methods such as submissions and backlink building for my websites to help my SERP. Anyone know any better and cost effecient ways to get your articles written in short time that saves you cash?

You could get a whole lot more leverage out of the articles you do purchase by re-purposing them in numerous ways such as... - blog posts - Web 2.0 pages - web pages - turn them into podcasts - Bookmarking every piece of content you own - where ever it is. etc. Hope This Helps!! TL |

TL hit it right on the head. Article writing may suck (trust me I know) but if you outsource it and distribute it to other places other than your main site ... then book mark all of the places that house your article... You will love it! Outsource your article writing! Its the best time saver I have ever done!. Most people that you outsource article writing too will also submit them to places and book mark those pages for free or a little extra. |

TL, good stuff. I have about 50 pages of articles that I can reuse for blog posts and rewrites. I keep thinking I need to order more, and I do, but not that many more. If I have 25 good solid articles I could rewrite them over and over and turn them into 100 articles, blog posts, Squidoo Lenes,etc....I got work to do. Thanks... Quote:

If you truly hate writing, outsource it and/or buy PLR. For some of us, writing is easy and we actually enjoy it. We have a sense in pride in producing quality work. We're not just spitting out words for the sake of getting paid. So take advantage of the fact that this forum is filled with talented people. It will bring you a lot less grief! Spend your time doing what you're good at, and surround yourself with people who are good at what they do. Build a team, whether it's in person or virtual. |

Article writing is a real pain for me because English is not my native language, but it brings great results in organic rankings. Tried to write some articles by myself, but now I completely outsource this task and I'm very happy with this decision, because I have 2 #1 rankings on Google with only a few articles. As said above I hate to write articles, but I have great results outsourcing this task. By the way its the great service of Dave Kelly (articlez.com). I can only recommend this service ! Have a great weekend ! Mark |

If writing is not your thing, it's definitely hard to churn out one article after the other. If you have the money, outsource it or as what has been mentioned above, purchase PLR articles and have them re-written.

That's exactly what I do, there's a lot of GREAT PLR in the WSO forums. I've been able to pay around $10 for a great article package(with 50 articles), and have 40 of them rewritten for around $110, that's like a good 4 months of content for $120 ![]() And my service is great at rewriting (small to not be too self promotional ) | |

I have two resources you can take a look at. I have used the first one and received great articles from them at a cost of $3 an article of 500 words. I just went to their website and this is what their latest update said... "Latest Update: We will raise the pricing to $0.008/word starting today until June 30, 2009. Our prices will go back to $0.006/word on July 1, 2009." I have never used the second resource, but apparently they can create articles for you for around the $2 mark. Unfortunately, as I only have a couple of posts to my name in this forum, I'm not allowed to post the links in my reply here. I can't do this until I have made 15 posts. So PM me and I'll send you the links. These are not affiliate links and I have nothing to do with these sites, apart from getting articles created from one of the in the past. Hope this helps. |

I'm finding that after the initial "newbie exuberation" wore off I'm getting to where I want to do less & less hands on. Outsourcing is my best friend right now. |

I love writing articles! I find it so much easier to write my own content than to try to explain to someone what it is I need. I also save a nice sum of money by not having to purchase my content. Its much easier to get your key words in the content the way you want them if you do it yourself.

LOL I remember feeling that way in the beginning, but after all this time I'm tired. I do have a few subjects I really enjoy still writing on, but mostly I outsource. Quote:

I hate writing articles too and it goes back to the same old problem... we all have different preferences when it comes to receiving and producing information. I soon got to Platinum level in EZA - but found the whole process to be out of my 'comfort zone'. Thanks for all the info on PLR and outsources as an alternative. |

I have started using my lunch hour at work to write- I can write at least one article a day in what would have been time wasted gossiping or spending money- the added bonus is everyone else thinks I am working!
