Career Guidance - Lets Spitball Ideas

Okay so i'm really not 100% sure if there is the proper thread area for this. But this has been killing me for the past few months and I finally want to do something about it.

Okay so im an 18 year old kid and I'm really into digital visual media. Things like:
• Web Development / Design / Internet Marketing
• Videography & Photography
• Graphic Design

I am pretty good at each of the above things and I know that with my current skill set and situation I am more than able to start my own small business. The PROBLEM is that I am so indecisive and when I start to work on something, I get the "ooh shiny" sickness and end up jumping to something else that caught my attention and that I'd love to exceed at.

SO. With my current skillset and interests that I listed above, what do you think from both personal and business experience would be the best route for me to take? Ultimately I would love to be the creator / owner of an online brand / online store / online community who builds everything from the ground up and provides all of my own content. Like i love to upload and be active on youtube (Always wanted to be a Youtube star) but never came up with a solid niche idea to really succeed at what I wanted to do. I just really need some help narrowing down possibilities so I can get to work.

While my friends are out flippin burgers, Im at home building an empire.
