Your Best Traffic System? (Open to everyone!)

Hey everyone! How are ya?

So... Here I am watching a Russell Brunson video on traffic systems (you've probably seen this one), where he talks about how you should not be the one working IN your business, but ON your business.

Since driving traffic is one of the things you can (and should) outsource, he talked about how you should create video tutorials walking someone through a "system" of driving traffic, one you can plug anyone into, and outsource that system to free up your time (but still drive traffic to your site).

I thought this was very interesting, and indeed have a couple systems I currently use and outsource. Since driving traffic is a never-ending game for some people, I thought it would be very helpful (for everyone!) if there was a thread that anyone could share a "traffic system" on.

So, I'd like to ask anyone that wants to participate and contribute: what are systems that you use right now (or have used) to drive traffic to your site, preferably ones that others could model to increase their traffic?

Let's see if we can get some good responses on here, since I believe it would help out a lot of people..

Thanks folks!
Tom

And by the way, I just had this idea and needed to get it up on here, so as soon as I can I'll be posting one or more systems of my own! Should be later tonight..

Rock on!

I use a number of different methods for driving traffic to my site, but the one which has brought me the most clients (by far) is word-of-mouth referral. So, here's my system:

    1. Create a really good product or service that sells itself once someone who needs it uses it for the first time.
    2. Find people who need it and who have big lists and considerable influence. Get them to see your product by either a) giving it to them for free; or b) offering a steep discount.
    3. Don't ask for anything in return or hassle the person to promote you. Be grateful that they're willing to consider your product and respond to your emails, even if they ultimately don't promote you.

It's possible that I've just had unusually generous clients or that this only works in certain niches, but I've had a tremendous amount of success using it. I would highly recommend it if you're having trouble getting new clients with traditional traffic generation methods.

A good thing to do would to be find out what drives traffic to your site by testing.

Then, once you have found a method that works, simply pay others to do it for you or a portion of it for you.

For example: If you use content to get people to visit - them pay a good writer to write for you.

I use traffic exchanges, credit based safelists, and list builders to drive daily traffic to my sites non-stop.

I honestly can say i am driving a ton of traffic though my social media sites, mainly face book and twitter. You have to be careful on twitter - do not pimp your product - rather build relationships and give good quality content or free products.

If you take care of your followers and treat them as a friend, I personally have over 22,000 they will respond ten-fold. Vince

Good solid SEO on a time served domain has done me proud!!

But failing that forum marketing and article writing is good. I never pay for advertising anymore!

I think the best traffic system is when someone has successfully SEO their blogs or websites getting traffic from google, msn, yahoo and that's is now i am currently trying to do.

I've found that a combination of things works nicely. Get out in the forums, the networking sites, join safelists, SEO targeting, traffic exchanges, I believe the more the merrier You can never have TOO MUCH traffic and its always better to use a combination of venues to gain exposure. If one way doesn't work, try another!
