I been working on a top fold sales page and was wondering what other peoples experience with this type of format experience in conversions over long form sale pages, and if people could point me to a few examples to make sure I have the key elements covered.

Well, top fold squeeze pages work quite well just judging by the sign up rates of some of the top MMO blogs out there. You need to play around with the design though. Make sure it accentuates your brand.

IMO, sales pages are much different than squeeze pages. For a very low priced product that doesn't need much explanation a short sales page could work.

But for more comprehensive and detailed products, I think you'll have difficulty finding room for everything that needs saying, plus your headline, plus subhead(s), plus testimonials, plus benefits, plus "reasons why," plus call to action, plus the buy button, plus guarantee, plus bonuses if you have them - yikes!

And by the way, tiny text is not the answer.

      Good luck with this,

      Steve
