3-way link exhchange only link exchange that gives results?

Have anyone here seen improvements in google with 2-way link exchange, or is 3-way link exchange (cheating google in other words) only way to go?

Carl,

I do 2 way linking, 3 way, and recips (occasionally), and they all seem to work well. It really depends on who you link to, and how you are linked to them.

Paid linking is not a good idea at the moment and is more risky then helpful.

I have success with 3waylinks, but other swear on linkvana.

For writing articles I strongly recommend articlez from Dave Kelly. Dave Kelly is well known as the author of the MSN Loophole method, which hopefully will work in future also for BING ?!
