I found decent hubpage/squidoo designers on an internet marketing forum similar to this forum - hey, maybe you'll find one here!

You can get the more immediate benefit from squidoo, since you hubpage has to be established and have high ratings in order to be nofollow

Depending on how it's designed, your hub page could rank high for keywords that drive targeted visitors.

You should probably look in the Warriors For Hire forum, there are many people there up for doing ghostwriting/freelancing writing jobs for all kinds of jobs like squidoo lenses, hubpages hubs, blog posts, twitters, etc: Warriors For Hire - Programmers, Website Designers, Graphic Artists

Probably not for free though, unless you're lucky enough to catch someone looking to establish some testimonials or something like that.

I doubt you'll find any hubpages designers.
the pages are built up by selecting drag and drop modules - and the html coding you can use is limited.

If you want to use hubpages, you'll just have to lay out the elements manually.

And don't spam. It's not appreciated there, and you won't last long.
