How I find commercil intent niche?

I have already been with the IM for long time but now I step in professioanl carrier. I am just stuck with niche marketing. I have a well looking professional site with all neccessary SEO tools and fimiliar with google algorithms and all white hat techniques.
here I want where to find commercail intent Niche that is not saturated and dont mean to have alot of stuff. Weight loss, Dog training, Recipes, Child Grooming, That are content rich and not need any more stuff
Kindly give ur usefull suggestion that help to find particular niche with less content and more commercail intent.

    Here's the process that works for me

    1) Give yourself 10 minutes to write down all the topics you're passionate about. Don't edit yourself. Just write it down as fast as you can.

    2) Next, go to Adwords Campaign Planner and search for all the keywords associated with the topics you're passionate about. Find their CPC rates.

    3) Filter out LOW CPC rate topics

    4) Next, do searches on the remaining keywords and filter them based on their monthly search volumes. Filter out low volume keywords.

    5) Finally, go to Google search and do a search for all the remaining keywords. Filter out the ones with too many competing pages.

    If you need help with this advice, feel free to ask me. Don't let other people discourage you-there are GREAT niches out there. The internet is HUUUUUUUGE. You just need to put in the work!
