Who sets up Wordpress themes?

I have Wordpress on Hostgator domain but I can't get any themes
to set up correctly and am tired of tiring.

Anyone specialize in setting up Wordpress that I could hire to do it?

What do you mean they won't set up correctly. Can you give more detail.

I uploaded Flexibility Theme but it doesn't appear when I go Themes
in WP-Content. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can't figure
out what.

If you uploaded the theme to wp-content then that is not the right location. It should be in the wp-content/themes/ folder.

And if you have uploaded it to the correct folder then it sounds like you uploaded the complete folder that resulted from the unzip process. Open then flexibility folder that you have and you will see a second file inside it named flexibility2, this is the file you need to upload to the wp-content/themes/

Once done you should be able to see it displayed in the list of available themes.

I've seen so many people make this error ... with plugins too ...
