Best way to import leads from email submissions to aweber

Okay, one of my friends owns a real estate investing business. As a free service, he has always offered free credit repair (which is an actual process)

He has a office location and the skills to get people setup on a budget and help repair their credit in 6months to a few years..depending on how bad it is.

He does not have aweber, or getresponse but some simple form submission collection thing from his website. The list of emails is can't be exported in a spreadsheet to my knowledge, as it's a basic form submission and it goes direct to his email address..

NOW, this is what he wants to do. He wants to start offering this service (as a paid service) to those people who don't buy a house from him as well, as he said he's been getting a ton of leads coming in to his site.

I know if I try to import these leads to aweber, half of them will be lost, or more through the confirmation step.

I'm going to have him put aweber on his site so he won't have to worry about this in the future.

However, what is the absoloute best, and most efficient way to get the leads he has already and plug them into the "system" to be contact about the credit repair service?
