How To Interpret The Results From A Keyword Anaylsis?

Ok, I'm going to play stupid. MAYBE I don't know something that you do.
I just ordered a keyword analysis which gave a breakdown of activity as based on:
Global Count US Count Competition Average CPC - USD SERPs KEI Global KEI Local
My question is how to best interpret these results and put it to use for ONSITE seo for my website?
99% of the search terms were of medium or high competition so there's not any low hanging fruit anymore.
