Goal: $500 a month 90% hands off Passive Income from 1 Niche Site with affiliate marketing.

I have been pretty successful in the area of making money online with many different models but many of them require a lot of my time.
My goal for this little experiment is to create a niche/micro niche website where 90% of the work is done by someone else by outsourcing. I want to create a Passive Income of $500 (only $17 per day) per month. I want to spend less than 1 hour a day on the site. Once its up and reaching my goal I can create more sites for a larger income.
I will use Fiverr, Warriors For Hire, elance, and any other recourses necessary to create this site. I want to be able to spend as little time as possible on this project (less than 1 hour per day).
Why am I doing this?
Well for two reasons. 1) I want to create a passive income for myself in all aspects of my income. This is just the first step in freeing up my time for other projects. 2) To give back to the warrior community by showing the steps involved in affiliate marketing with a niche site. I will show every step along the way without asking for anything in return. (I have been a warrior member since 2009 and have always just taken information with little in return. Time for me to open up and give back. I have learned so much from you all.)
How long will I continue this to reach my goal?
I am setting a limit of about 90 days. Hopefully it happens faster than that.
Why only $500? You cant live off of that.
This is something that can be repeated over and over to reach your goals and allow you to work on other methods and projects. Some people have 10, 20, 30 or more sites. Many of them haven't been touched in months/years. Just monitor your traffic and make adjustments as necessary.
Here is my breakdown of steps to take. For those already doing affiliate marketing this is nothing new.
I hope this is interesting to some of you. If nothing else its something to keep me on track. Accountability is a big factor in reaching your goals. Let someone know your goal. I am letting you all here on the Warrior Forum know. Keep me accountable.

- Research and decide on a niche/Find an affiliate
- Keyword Research
- Pick and purchase a domain
- Purchase hosting / Set up my website/Blog (wordpress of course)
- Set up tracking for site
- Add Content
- Set up email list auto responder and create opt in on page
- Backlinks
- Monitor each day / When site/keywords are not performing anymore (moving up in google) I will continue to use other site promotion techniques and add more back links.
