How Websites Automatically Create Pages?

When I search for my own website's domain name one of the first results that pops up (after the site and some reviews) is Scamadviser.com | check a website for risk | check if dodgey | check is a website s |check website is fake or a scam[mywebsite].
I have two questions: First, how does this site automatically create a page for each website out there (my website was very new and the page was clearly automatically created)
Second, how do these pages rank in Google? Is it just by having the keyword for the domain on the page or is there another method that these sites are using?
