How can I delete 14K pending comments easily?

It's been a while that I haven't logged-in to one of my blogs and a mistake on setting has lead to this disaster. Although these comments are pending and held for moderation, my head aches once I see this.

    Hi Adie,

    I had something similar to this happen to me one time with posts that were being added automatically, but not that many. Wow!

    If you go to "screen options" on the comments page it will allow you to increase the number of comments that are displayed. You can display several hundred at a time, but I like to stick to 250 because anything above that it gets really slow.

    Once you've increased the number displayed simply select all of them on the page and delete. It'll still take awhile, but you could break it up over 2-4 days and it should go pretty quickly.
