Reveal from a link - Do you know of such a plugin

Hi,

I am looking for a way that I can have s specific block of text revealed when a link is clicked in an email.

I dont want anything to do with facebook likes etc, I am not after anyone to like a page, I have those types of plugins.. What I want is to be able to send emails to my prospects and existing or past clients.. From here all the client or prospect needs to do is to click on the link I provide.. This then takes them to the same page as everyone else, but the area on that screen that pertains them them will also be automatically be revealed..

I might even have a plugin that does this, but looking at my existing plugins they dont seem to be able to do this without someone having to click a like...



More Info:

My challenge is that I will be sending individual emails to each person.. I will hand write each person their personal email and then place a link into the email just for them. Of course I could create a separate webpage for each person but thats just going to kill me (and annoy the sh** out of me), it would be much simpler (or so I am guessing) to send them all to one page using a reveal code or something like that, and this way they get to see what is for them...


Unless someone has a better way of doing this.. Maybe there is something very obvious that I am overlooking..
