I have a good product, but how do I find people to sell on a commission?

We make really nice architectural renderings / animations from our offices in China. I'm looking for someone who would have to call all architects and meet with them in their local area.
We are thinking about setting up something where the architectural firm can get their first render from us, and if they don't like it, it is 100% free. Renders are sold for around $500 and animations anywhere from $1500 to $100,000 but it really depends on the scope of the project.
The job of the sales guy would be as a customer support rep. He would talk directly to us so the client does not have to do the hard work of talking to China, and take a commission of each sale.
So this is something running through my mind, I thought I would ask if anyone has any experience with something similar. If anyone has any ideas, or advice I'd appreciate the brainstorm.
We've not implemented this yet, and I'm just looking for feedback.
