I have been using Vendor-Lock hosting since Jan/Feb this year and although initially I had a difficult time transferring my domains, it has been pretty much running okay up until now.

Part of my initial problem was resolved by Vendor-Lock setting me up with a second account to host my main sites.. Now when I go try to go to these sites I get diverted to a page stating "This account has been suspended"

Now here's the problem ...the natural thing to do was to contact support ....I have raised two tickets and to date have had no response ...2 weeks on a high priority problem. I have also pm'd the owner a fellow warrior Jeff Noyes and again no reply ....i have also sent emails -- again with no reply.

Is anyone else having problems? ..... I need this resolved urgently ....any suggestion?

    Sounds like it's time to cut your losses and move.

    you should find new host, ovoid godaddy, many problems with site speed.

    Thanks freeabs,

    That has definitely given me more of an insight to the problem ....alas though, I still have not received any replies to my tickets. pm or email .... frustrating all round and i am sure jeff is doing his best to resolve the problems .... but there unfortunately comes a time when patience runs thin..even with the best will in the world.

    I sincerely hop Jeff sees this thread and does his best.

    why don't you go to webhostingtalk.com and go to web hosting offers, and you will find good share hosting plan for $20-40 a year

    If you totally missed every other response above I'll say it again for them... cut your losses and run.

    Find yourself another host. Hopefully you can easily move over all of your sites/pages etc. Sometimes even the new hosting will help you do that.

    But hosting is supposed to be reliable. If you have to struggle just to keep your sites up that's not good for business.

    All my issues have been resolved ... I was unaware jeff had a heart attack, but he has now got to grips with my issues and resolved them amicably.
