Lists of sites you think very useful but already offline

Sometimes, it's sad to find out that one of your favorite sites was discontinued by the owner for no apparent reason. I can think of 2 very important sites for me before but are now offline for a year or two.

e-referral.com - was an extremely useful visitor-tracking site for me and when it was still online, I used it in all of my sites.

annoyances.org - one of the best PC support forum. I think better than microsoft.

    Something worse than great sites going offline is them being sold off to owners which drive them to the ground.

    I've seen a few blogs (run by only one person) be sold for it to go down in horrifying manners.
