Is the word 'Dummies' a no-no to use in a Domain ??

Just wondered if there was any copyright policies that could be violated or maybe Google could permanently sandbox you for using a domain like, CarRepairforDummies.com or GourmetCookingforDummies.com etc..etc.. ??
Is this a NO NO ??
Thanks

for dummies is a registered trademark of Wiley Publishing, Inc. so that would be a major no no to try to include it in your domain names.

Just a quick search on Google shows that they do protect their trademark and do go after people using their trademarked term illegally.
