Does it really work or has this method been rinsed out?

Solo ads have always worked and will always work as long as you spend enough time to split test different landing pages and email swipes

    I love solo ads man.

I'm about to buy a bunch literally in a few minutes.

The thing about solo ads, is that they require work, focus, and consistency.

Just like anything else. They're not as "123 automatic" as some people might suggest, but it's my honest hypothesis that yes, solo ads are a feasible method to build a list and promote different types of offers.

Solo Ad is still working, but you got to take note that a list built through Solo Ad is different from a list built from other sources.

It will give you lower Conversion Rate , Open Rate and CTR since your leads are opted in to a lot of marketers out there who sends them multiple times a day. You got to stand out against other solo ad list builder out there.

    Hey David,

Solo ads are still very effective. . . you must make certain that you are dealing with the right vendor though.

I would recommend searching a newsletter for a niche to find someone who is offering QUALITY content to their list, and then negotiate a fair price.

I'd say stay away from those who are trying very hard to get you to buy solo ads because chances are, that is their primary way of making money and usually those solo ads are not that great. But test some out, and track the results, and you should be just fine.

    Hope this helps out!

Solo ads are a great way to get targeted traffic...

But you never want to put all of your eggs in any ONE basket so-to-speak...

However, if you find a solo ad seller with a LIST that has not been beaten to death
and that is responsive, fresh leads in your niche... You can do very well!

Solo ads absolutely work. The key is having a solid funnel in place that converts. Otherwise you can lose money very quickly.

And of course, you want to be careful which solo ad vendors you do business with.

Some send great traffic while others suck.

Also it's generally a good idea to start with smaller click packages (such as 100 clicks) when testing out a new solo ad vendor.

That way if it turns out they send crap traffic, or your funnel isn't converting, you're at least minimizing your losses.
