No: it's unusually slow (but not absolutely unheard of). You can presumably see, within your account, at what "stage of the process" it is?

Worth knowing for the future: Ezine Articles reviewing times vary in inverse proportion to your "status" and "article volume". New authors wait the longest (because - understandably - their work gets the most editorial attention, and from the most experienced staff, before acceptance). Platinum authors in good standing often get published within a few hours (depending mostly on the time of day at which they submit).

    Good luck!

Just keep writing and submitting articles, rather than sitting and worrying about that one article. Since you have a very new account, you are likely lower down on the waiting list than more well established authors.

I think they usually take a week to review your article. At least with me they did. If still haven't then you can probably contact them through e-mail and ask if something happened.

Maybe ezineartcles owner is already abandoning the site as he discovered that article directories like ezinearticles are getting useless? (just kidding)

To OP, it is very unusual. try to edit some words on your article and resubmit.

They need time to review your article. Normally they will reject most of the article, cause they are very strict in receiving article and post it inside the website. This is the main reason that many visitors will visiting the website and read the articles.

It just isn't - sorry, but this is fiction.

And so is your comment about their editorial standards, which are actually rather minimal: that's why the standard of literacy of the articles available there varies all the way from "pretty good" to "absolutely awful".

I suspect that your picture of what "article directories" are for is rather a flawed one. This will help you, if you want to know: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5068872

May i ask why you want it index so fast anyway?

I understand you took the time to produce a great piece of content with expectations to get back your investment. What do you expect to get back from have your article on ezinearticles

    Just a note!

Please post any high quality content that is original on all your OWN sites first before putting them on ezine. WHY??? Look at the history of ezine and what happened to those that used it as their main focus of content syndication rather than posting on their own site/s first. = they lost a lot and made ezine more money via adsense = face-palm

      This, for sure!!

This is absolutely fundamental to any model of "article marketing". It makes no sense to give Ezine Articles the initial indexation-rights to unique content.

(Can hardly believe the thread had got as far as post #10 with nobody, including me, mentioning that yet! ).
