Looking for pricing advice on a marketing product

I am a long time lurker. Now that i`m building a product for internet marketers I thought it was time to engage...
My product: a web based lead utility that lets you search my entire database for businesses within categories such as "pet stores" or "dentists". Sortable within a zip code based range of miles, website exists, mobile exists, social media exists, etc.
I am having trouble pricing this. Normally you as a marketer would pay $200 for the database you need, but I really want to make this a long term subscription based service - $50 a month or $69 for 30 days, $500 a year, etc.
Any thoughts? I`ll elaborate more on the product when I receive a link to share...
