How to reduce Paypal Charge back incidents?

Hi,

Recently, I got some Chargebacks filed on my Paypal Account. Even though I already served the service and provided an evidence that the service has been served, I still end up losing.

Do you have any suggestion on how to reduce or eradicate the chargebacks?

    We face the same situation, but I think prove better and better services and product features to serve customer in the future would lower down the chargeback rates.

    Deliver high quality service/products and after completing the service, ask your customer their honest feedback or suggestion on how to improve your service/product if they are not 100% satisfied.

    Like others already said, there is no protection against friendly fraud. Offering a good product at a fair price and customer service is the only thing to keep it down. And hopefully the customer will contact you with their concerns, giving you a chance to fix it, instead of paypal.
