Can Clickbank reverse an invalid refund?

Hi guys,

I recently got a Clickbank open ticket notice about a customer requesting for a refund because she hasn't received the products for some reason.

I emailed the customer the download link and asked if she could take back her refund request.

Clickbank refunded her, as per her initial request. But after the refund, she sent a message to Clickbank that she has successfully downloaded the product.

So could Clickbank reverse a refund already made?

    Yes, they can if the customer okays it.

    Contact her and have her contact Clickbank. If she won't, contact them
    yourself and have them contact the customer. They will then ask if she
    got the product and is satisfied with it. If she says yes, they will reverse
    the refund.

    They could reverse it depending on how long it has been.

    They have reversed one refund for me. The refund was over their support peoples lack of reading comprehension though.

    Steve's right but if the buyer wants to she can still get a refund for another reason. In my experiance Clickbank don't care what the reason is.

    Michael, is this for the persuasion product in your link? The one with a "better-than-your-money-back guarantee" in which you promise that if they're not 100% happy or satisfied you'll give all their money back, not even ask why and remain their friend? The guarentee that says that if they do ask for a refund you'll let them keep everything you sent as your way of saying thanks for giving it a try?

    You do see where I'm going with this?

    Just forward your cb refund notice, remind her you just send proof she got your product for free, and ask her (kindly) to repurchase.

    I just had a similar problem, customer got a refund on my product then opened a ticket with clickbank that it was a mistake and he wants to reverse it. I get the ticket from clickbank stating this.

    What can I do?

    Shouldn't this just be a straight forward case for clickbank to reverse the refund?

    Makes me wonder if they even read the tickets. Like what, I am going to dispute the request to reverse the refund.

    This is the response I get back from Clickbank.

    *Unfortunately at this time, we can not reverse the refund. However, the customer can always go back and repurchase the item.*

    Hi Michael,

    I have some similar experience too. Buyers who claimed that they have not received the download link but they have opted in.

    Sometimes I wonder if refunds are misused in this manner.

    And Clickbank does not bother what reasons buyers give.
