Any profit in "Party Supplies" niche?

Hey warriors, I've been researching hundreds of keywords literally for fun and evaluating them, never really deciding on one, but hard-coding trends into myself, so that when I get serious about choosing one it will literally come naturally. ANWAY.

For some reason the party supplies niche caught my attention and seemed to have little competition, but this is only guessing. Does anybody have any experience or knowledge pertaining to this niche? Im curious, please entertain me.

I don't have any experience with party supplies, but I believe this is how Princess Kate Middleton's parents made a fortune. Their company is called Party Pieces: Party Pieces | Party Supplies & Party Themes for all Ages & Occasions

So yes, it's a profitable niche.

Party supplies are popular as there are many online and offline stores for such a thing. Are you planning a full retail site or some type of review site that compares party supplies from various (affiliate) sites? Would you have other info on your affiliate site? If you can source these direct and sell them, then that might be something very profitable to deal with.

I've seen a number of Party supply opportunities listed on various work at home type forums, so there is some competition already. Still though, pretty much anything you choose is going to have some competition, unless you reinvent the wheel or something.

      Good luck.

I used to know a woman that worked in this niche. I didn't know how big it was until I started following her. If you think about it, though, someone is always having a birthday or celebrating something somewhere. The only down side is that the commissions tend to be smaller because the products don't cost much. With that said, you can also cross promote toys that go along with the theme of the party.
