Get adsense account with filpa sites?

I need help form warrior member to getting adsense account. I am planing to buy site in which adsense ads runing from flippa. As they are compatible with adsense, I will then apply adsense program with this site and my own address (my address is in Asia).Am I in the right way? Will I able to get adsense account in this way? Anybody ever try it? I will be grateful if anybody can give me suggestion on this topics. Waiting for informative reply.

    Just because a site has Adsense running on it does not mean that site was approved. Once registered, you can add your code to any site. There's a chance it could get approved, but this seems like a big risk to buy a site without more than a hope it will work to join.

    I'm assuming this site will be prepopulated with content already. In that situation, it might meet one of the stringent quality requirements of Google adsense. Just to be safe, you should update your content and check to be sure there are no Adsense violations on the site, such as references to forbidden topics.

    If there is Adsense currently running on the site you are planning to buy then there's a good chance you will be able to get approval for an Adsense account with it. I don't think there is a way for Google to know that you didn't write what's on the pages. They are just looking at the site to see if it meets their TOS. And, so long as you follow that, there should be no problems with getting approval.

    Well i assume if the site is compliant with the adsense TOS then i believe this might work.

    Just make sure you research all the factors which make a site eligible for the adsense program, if it does then you can apply.

    If that doesn't work, you can build your own site with some content and resubmit again. With a good wordpress theme and proper content, you shouldn't have any problems getting approved.
