SSL Issue with website !

Hey guys..

I have bought an domain name with godaddy & bought SSL with ssls.com then i setup that SSL with my domain name & now whenever i am trying to use VPN of any country & going to open my website using https:// (which indicates SSL) in the beginning i saw this message - Screenshot by Lightshot

it only shows this error in VPN only, i asked my friends from different countries to open the same site but its working fine with their IP, then why it is showing me this in VPN only?

I asked from godaddy support and SSLs.com support as well even they didn't fetch the problem they said everything is working fine!!

Please help me!

    Are you sure i have to contact to my VPN department??
    VPN is running fine but the problem is with website i think!!
