VigLink April payment problem !!! How to contact them ?

Hello every one.
May be some one have the same problem as me.
As we all know VigLink have a big problem at 19 June. As I understand they have some problem with their database.
At the 1 of July I cheek my paypal and see that it's empty but in VigLink Dashboard I see the amount for the April.
I create a support ticket and receive an answer from

Right now my ticket is still opened and Submitted 12 days ago !!! I still have no answer about my payment and I can't contact VigLink by voice. Call Us: 1-888-828-8492 !!! In support area answer machine suggest me to write a letter to support !

May be some body know another phone number so I contact a support directly. Or may be some one have the same payment problem with April revenue ?

    Hm I think when I create a support ticket in VigLink Interface it's the same ?

    Ticket Submitted 14 days ago !!!!!!!!
