What kind of training would be needed for...

Dear Warriors,

A friend of mine runs a health and safety consultancy, he has shared his thoughts with me about running on-line courses and on-line learning programs.He targets small and not so small businesses in a variety of verticals with some excellent knowledge of the telecommunications industry

I have had some thoughts and would suggest for him to possibly consult with Lee McIntyre (big ticket items course) and investigate Udemy how to courses.

I appreciate that this is incomplete and potentially wide of the mark , what would the community suggest?

    Would this be some form of membership site with a monthly subscription? Or is this a one-time purchase for the training and courses? Personally I would recommend the monthly subscription and then keep a section of website continually updated with new information or resources (maybe even add a forum). Either way, training courses are a great way to take advantage of membership sites.

    I would also start looking into promotion methods. Will you be using affiliates to market your product and giving them a commission for referring customers or will you be targeting Google with SEO research?
